2026: Researching the Gen Alpha Paradigm
Currently deep-diving into the "iPad Generation" to decode a fundamental shift in consumer behavior. Unlike Gen Z, this cohort prioritizes algorithmic conformity over standing out. My research focuses on how brands can survive the collapse of traditional heritage and loyalty in a landscape defined by 15-second attention spans and hyper-speed trend adoption.
2022: AI SaaS Founder — Fortune 200 Acquisition
Founded and scaled an early-stage AI venture that revolutionized digital image editing through accessible, micro-transaction-based processing. After building a global user base and a robust technical framework, the brand was successfully acquired by a Fortune 200 corporation. Due to a non-disclosure agreement, the specific brand identity remains confidential.
2022: Infrastructure Strategy for Aquard Eroshost
Partnered with founder Aiden Connell to navigate a critical financial pivot for this legacy hosting brand. Faced with industry-wide cPanel price hikes, I implemented infrastructure optimizations to protect the bottom line for thousands of global enterprise clients, ensuring the brand's 2005 heritage remained viable in a modern cloud economy.
2018: Digital Transformation of Bangladeshi Giants
Began a long-term consulting journey helping traditional heritage brands in Bangladesh—including Anjan’s, Miah, and Ecstasy—navigate the jump to digital. My work involves transforming established brick-and-mortar operations into high-performance e-commerce leaders, optimizing their infrastructure to dominate the local market.
2014: Founding WebSea — The Infrastructure Backbone
Launched WebSea.org to bridge the gap between legacy businesses and the volatile digital age. Based in Dhaka, we evolved from a design boutique into a premier infrastructure provider, specializing in high-density web development and managed hosting solutions that act as the primary growth engine for our global enterprise partners.
2013: The Origin Story — Fajlami.com
My first major venture into massive digital traffic. Fajlami.com was an all-in-one entertainment portal serving radio, music, and digital magazines to millions. While the platform was sunsetted in 2017 due to evolving copyright landscapes, it was the ultimate training ground for handling high-concurrency traffic and large-scale data systems.
